ordering and shipping

- Orders paid via credit card are fulfilled and processed immediately. 

- Orders that are paid via wire transfer must be paid within two business days. Funds not received by then will result in the order being cancelled and the product moved back into inventory

- Orders must be placed by 3 p.m. on Tuesdays for delivery the following week.

- The shipper will call and schedule and appointment for delivery.

- Your facility must be able to accommodate trucks up to 53' feet.

- A rear dock is preferred for unloading. A truck can deliver to a facility without a rear dock, however there needs to be adequate space for the truck and proper amount of staff to unload.

- The shipper will not unload the product in anyway. They will get the product to the back of the truck for unloading only.

- It is recommended that the customer has a pallet jack and adequate staff
